From my engagement party, bridal shower, wedding, gender reveal, baby shower and baptism Pam has done it all!  I do not even know where to begin, she is such a caring person with the biggest heart and she treats everyone like family who uses her services. My parties were all beautiful and unique to my style because of those “extra” personalized touches she adds and she will literally make you feel like shes your own person private event planner. She offers ideas and gets so creative that you do not even have to worry about anything! She knows the latest trends that are out there and makes sure that your party is modern and fun. she truly thinks about it all.
Even though I wish that I could keep her all to my self it wouldn’t be fair… 11 of my friends have used her for their events and still continue to do so with life events that happen. If you’re looking for JUST a florist then maybe Pam isn’t for you.. if you want the best service and quality and someone that will go above and beyond without you even asking then shes your girl. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!

We hired Pam as our florist for our wedding on May 21 and she was amazing! She had an excitable energy that was contagious. You can definitely tell that she has a real passion for this field. Her prices were extremely reasonable and well within our budget. She really works with you to get exactly what you’re envisioning for your wedding. I showed her some inspiration pics and she made it all happen. I’ve found that most florists usually just drop the flowers off the day of the wedding, but Pam goes above and beyond. Our ceremony was at Redfield Estates at the Grove in the outdoor gazebo, and the reception was inside the building. I don’t know how she did it, but Pam set up the gazebo and aisle runner and decorations, and set up the cocktail area outside the building, and the dinner settings inside the building, and even had time to help hold my dress before I walked down the aisle! Not to mention she came early to drop off bouquets for pictures. She also made this beautiful moss and flower ring pillow that perfectly matched my rustic theme. Pam was terrific and really made our day special!

I was notified last minute to send flowers to funeral the same day. It was too late to send it same day so I decided to send it to the funeral. Someone at the North Suburban Floral Services knew that the visitation was the same day and delivered the flowers THAT night! What great service. It made my day, thank you!

Absolutely 100% recommend North Suburban Flower Company. I wanted to send my wife Valentines Day flowers to her work in Des Plaines and figured I would support the local business rather than the bigger companies that have let me down in the past. So I ordered and prices looked great. I got a little worried when I saw some negative reviews on Google but they seemed off and like maybe competition. To my relief this morning my wife sends me a picture of the flowers waiting for her when she arrived to work on her desk. I am so happy with this company and my wife says they are the most beautiful flowers she has ever seen in an arrangement. So I highly recommend supporting and using this local company that will cater to your needs Thank you so much for your prompt delivery and I will be recommending and using in the future again!

I ordered on Valentine’s day at 10am and they delivered at 3pm. AMAZING!!! Keep like that.

My experience was just wonderful. The owner, Pam is warm, friendly and helpful. The flowers that were displayed at the store were fresh and reasonably priced. Pam has worked with many customers and she has a wide range of ideas of what may look great for that special occasion. I would most definitely use North Suburban Flower Company again, and will be recommending it to be used by friends and family. Great work!
